Booking & Appointment Policies
Please take a moment to read through before booking.
Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your total.

Payment
The remaining balance is due in cash at the time of your appointment.
Late Policy
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on my availability.
I’ll always try my best to accommodate you, but I do have to stay on schedule out of respect for other clients.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit can be transferred once to a new date.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
No-Shows
No-shows will result in loss of your deposit. Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
Client Prep
Please arrive on time and prepared for your service.
For makeup:Please come with a clean face, facial hair (lip, chin, neck) removed, and brows groomed.
For hair:- Lace closures and wigs must be dropped off at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
- For sew-ins or services with added hair, bundles must be washed, clean, and fully dry before your appointment.
- Do not bring hair straight out of the package.
Guests
To keep the space calm and on schedule, no extra guests unless arranged beforehand.
